terms

1. donations

• All profits are completely donated to the current charity
• Current charity + donation progress will be listed on the commissions page
• Proof of donations will be consistently updated on the @fish.chwder Instagram account

2. ordering

• Orders can be placed through the following google form
• Within 24 hours, you will receive a DM request through the platform you specified on the order form from the shared fishchwder account
• Your order will be confirmed as soon as the request is accepted
• A rough sketch will then be sent, and once approved, an invoice will be made

3. payments

• The invoice will be sent to the same email address specified on the order form
• Payments will be processed through Square and can be done with either debit or credit card
• Invoices must be paid completely before work on the commission can continue

4. communication

• Communication with the artist will be handled entirely through the platform specified on the order form
• Amount and frequency of updates sent depends on the complexity of the piece

5. changes

• All large changes (i.e. poses, composition, expressions, etc.) must be made clear and requested before the rough sketch is approved
• After approval of the sketch, only minor adjustments can be requested (i.e. colours, background, etc.)

6. wait times

Current estimated wait time for finished product: ~1 week

Depending on the complexity and amount of commissions in queue, a more accurate estimate will be given by the artist

7. file formats

Once completed, PSD, PNG, and JPG versions of the work will be sent to the email address specified in the commission form

The PSD file will have all layers labelled and organized for easy access

8. usage rights

• Commissioned artwork entirely belongs to you, but cannot be used for unauthorized products (i.e. NFTs, merchandise, clothing, etc.)
• Commissioned artwork may be uploaded to our social media with a watermark as an example or promotion for our cause
